 Crystalfire Wormhole 2.4
Wormhole is a file transfer utility for Mac OS X and Windows
95/98/ME/XP/2000. It requires only a TCP network (such as most LANS and
the Internet), in order to allow cross-platform file transfers.
Sure, there are other ways to move files between Windows and Mac, but
many users prefer the simplicity of Wormhole. Need to transfer a file on
your home network or office LAN? Just launch Wormhole on both machines,
and you're ready to go! Wormhole automatically locates the other one,
and a colorful "wormhole" window appears on each computer. Drop the file
you want to transfer onto one "end" of the wormhole, and it will are
immediately be transferred to the other!
Wormhole is multiple-computer friendly. It can copy Windows to Windows,
Windows to Mac, and Mac to Mac (Mac to Mac copies even copy the resource
fork correctly!) And since Wormhole is implemented completely as an
application, there are no extensions or DLL's to mess up your computer.
