 ScopeDriver 3.1.2
ScopeDriver has become a popular planning, logging, and control
interface for your astronomical telescope. The program is designed with
elegant simplicity. It places modest demands on your system, runs
quickly, and does not clutter your screen with unnecessary user
interface "features." It has been designed and refined by active,
serious observers.
It allows you to connect your computer to one of the following
astronomical telescopes:
Meade Autostar with RS-232 serial port
Meade LX200 (including LX200 GPS)
Losmandy Gemini Level 1 or Level 3
Telescope compatible with Autostar, LX200 or Gemini command set
And since so many instruments are compatible with some subset of the
LX200 command set, there's a good chance ScopeDriver will work with your
instrument or mount. (At this time, ScopeDriver does not support
Celestron instruments [more info.], since many of ScopeDriver's advanced
features are not controllable via the Celestron serial interface.)
