deb files:
To expand on your desktop do this:
1. Open Terminal and cd to the directory of the deb file
2. Type:
     ar vx filename.deb

To install on your iPhone if you choose not to use Cydia do this:
1. SFTP or SCP your deb file into /tmp
2. SSH into your iPhone with Terminal and type:
     dpkg -i /tmp/filename.deb

Please note that your phone may "randomly" reboot about a minute after upgrading WinterBoard. This will only happen once and does not cause permanent problems. I am looking into this issue. (This bug has been there ever since WinterBoard was first released.)

Multiple theme packages can be installed at once using the configuration interface: simply drag themes into a priority order.
WinterBoard was designed to accept SummerBoard themes without modification but is much more powerful than its predecessor and can theme almost any graphic on the system. You can even easily modify .artwork files without having to hack their contents, all from the safety of your theme folder.
