The Diet Spreadsheet
The spreadsheet has two worksheets, selectable via the tabs at the bottom. One is labeled Calories and the other is Weight. Both worksheets also contain charts that provide a visual summary of the data collected.
In both case, there are two lines on each chart. The blue line represents the data you recorded: morning weight or total calories for the day. The pink line is the one we pay attention to. It is the 5 day moving average for the data we're recording.
By using the 5 day moving average, we smooth out the daily fluctuations in weight and the variations in calorie consumption. This is very important. Using the 5 day moving average helps to factor out the daily ups and downs that might otherwise discourage you into thinking that it's not working.

Growth Charts 1.2.3
Growth Charts is a Macintosh OS X application that allows for tracking and charting of growth data for children/teens from birth through age 20 years. It can track weight, length/height, head circumference, and even body mass index (BMI). Additionally, the predicted adult height can be estimated. Using the program, data can be stored, edited, and subsequently plotted on growth charts. The growth charts come from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and are the same ones used by pediatricians throughout the United States to monitor for abnormal or concerning growth patterns. If you have ever been curious to follow the growth of your child (or yourself) the same way that the doctor does, this program will allow you to do that using the same charts that your doctor probably uses.

Health Tracker 3.5.1
Health Tracker is a simple yet powerful program which helps you keep track of and graph any health related measurement. For example, if you are diabetic you could track your blood glucose levels. For weight loss, you could track your weight, measurements for various body parts, or your % body fat. Or, if you keep track of your blood pressure, you could use Health Tracker for that. Health Tracker also keeps track of your rate of losses or gains for each measurement, and evaluates your time to goal (if a goal is entered) based on that rate, which is valuable if you are using it to track weight losses or gains.
